Mrs Daly’s Second Class got Maths Week off to a very happy start, by getting out into the autumn sunshine bright and early on Monday morning! The children undertook a Maths Trail, commencing in the classroom, with some tasks taking them down the stairs, into the playground, and finally to the staff carpark, where there was an abundance of Mathematical information to be gleaned! Counting, jumping, striding, measuring, searching – all completed with lots of smiles and laughter 🙂
