On a hot sunny day, St.Paul’s made their annual trip to Claremount for the Athletics Qualifications. The children participated in the following events:
60m, 100m, 600m, 800m, Ball throw, and Long Jump and the age groups were from u10 to u13. The children put in great effort and the heat did not slow them down. Well done to Ruby Cooney who received a medal for the girls ball throw U11, and to Kayla Chambers who qualified in the heats of the U13 100m but missed out marginally in the qualifiers. We would like to say a very well done to all the boys and girls who took part and represented their school today.
