Google Classroom for all Students launching tomorrow

19th April 2020

Dear Parents/Guardians,
I hope all of our students and families are continuing to stay safe and well during these unprecedented times. I hope you all had a lovely Easter Break and are enjoying the good weather.
As per my previous email before the holidays, teachers will be using the platform Google Classroom  (as part of Google’s Gsuite for Education) to administer work to the children on a weekly basis from tomorrow onwards.
If you have still not received our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) which outlines in detail how each student can log on you can email and we will email it on to you. If you have difficulty logging on or any other technical issues use the same email address.
We do understand that many homes, parents and students are finding these days very difficult and trying but we hope that by students engaging in learning opportunities and tasks will bring a sense of routine in their daily activities and contribute to their wellbeing while aiming for them to make progress in their learning. It is up to individual parents and children how much they want to engage and communicate with their child’s teacher.
If any parent has any questions and wishes to contact me please email on and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Continue to take care and mind yourselves.
Kind regards,
Eileen McCaughey
